Working with us
How we run a project, from brief to handover
Being a small studio means you talk to the people doing the work. It also means we keep the process light enough to change direction without derailing anything.
The five stages
Discovery: we learn the business, the customers and what success looks like. Structure: pages, flows and what each one has to achieve. Design: look and feel, reviewed before a line of code is written. Build: development, content loading, integrations and testing. Handover: deployment, documentation, access and a walkthrough.
Ongoing care is optional after that — some clients take it over themselves, and we make sure they can.
